Kim Singleton

Legal Assistant, Intake Coordinator

Kim earned her degree in Paralegal Studies from Villa Julie College and began her career with Akman & Associates, where she assisted attorneys in providing pre-paid legal services to local union members.  After taking time off to raise their six children, Kim joined her husband, John Singleton, as the Office Manager and Lead Paralegal of the Singleton Law Group. She gained extensive experience in employment law and civil litigation at both the federal and state level involving individual employees, labor unions and small businesses. Kim joined the Law Office of Andrew M. Dansicker in 2022 and is primarily responsible for helping with the firm’s new client intake process, which involves professionally and compassionately collecting detailed information from prospective clients, complying with ethical and legal duties to identify and avoid any potential conflicts of interest, and relaying that information to the attorneys for their review to determine if we can assist the prospective client. Kim also assists the firm’s attorneys with their ongoing cases. Kim has a sincere desire to provide caring and compassionate services to new and existing clients who have legal problems related to their employment or have experienced workplace trauma.
